It’s a Kidzz World began with a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves to be seen, heard, and valued for who they are. Stories, art, and creativity shape how children understand themselves and the world around them. When those stories are inclusive, compassionate, and authentic, they help build confidence, empathy, and connection.
Why We Started It’s a Kidzz World
We created It’s a Kidzz World because we saw a gap — not just in children’s publishing, but in how creativity is shared with kids who don’t always fit into traditional boxes. Neurodiverse children, children with disabilities, and children who experience the world differently are often underrepresented or misunderstood.
It’s a Kidzz World exists to change that. Our goal is to create stories and creative experiences that reflect real kids, real emotions, and real challenges — without judgment, labels, or limits.
More Than Books
While children’s books are one of the ways we share our message, It’s a Kidzz World was never meant to be just a publishing project. It’s a growing creative ecosystem — one that includes storytelling, art, education, and community connection.
Through our characters, projects, and future programs, we want children to feel safe exploring who they are, how they feel, and how they relate to others. Creativity becomes the bridge.
Built With Lived Experience
It’s a Kidzz World is shaped by lived experience — by navigating illness, disability, neurodiversity, and resilience within our own family. These experiences inform how we approach storytelling, accessibility, and inclusion.
We believe that when creators bring honesty and compassion into their work, children feel it. They recognize themselves in the stories. And that recognition matters.
Our “why” is simple: to build a creative world where every child belongs. As It’s a Kidzz World grows, so will the ways we support children, families, and young creators. This is just the beginning — and we’re grateful you’re here with us.
